What was Mark Rutte Doing at BoKo?

Every year, the German Foreign Ministry convenes a meeting of all German ambassadors around the world. The gathering is held in Berlin and is popularly known as the Botschafterkonferenz (Conference of Ambassadors), or BoKo for short. It brings together the heads of German diplomatic missions worldwide. This year’s conference, held from 7 to 11 September, discussed issues including artificial intelligence — now often referred to as superintelligence — new technologies, and security.
A conference that usually examines challenges and opportunities facing German diplomatic missions around the world featured NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte for the first time. The interesting question is: what was Mark Rutte doing there?
As noted above, security was on the agenda. In a discussion of global security, it is easy to regard the presence of NATO’s Secretary General as sensible. His presence, however, went well beyond a general conversation about global security. Addressing the conference, he recognized the significance of the ambassadors as messengers of the German government. And as messengers they are sent with an agenda
NATO’s real agenda is to create a global army controlled by a leader appointed by European leaders. This need not take the form of Article 5 membership, because NATO’s Article 10 allows invitation of “any other European State.” That framework describes how foreign policy and aid are being reshaped for a future agenda. In the future, nations will receive aid from Western Europe only if they are prepared to sign up to NATO’s expansionistic desires. NATO is preparing for war. It is getting ready for a third world war and is using foreign aid and foreign missions to expand the military of Europe — that is, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Whom are they preparing to fight? Anyone who has followed the news recently does not need further education. A third world war is imminent and NATO is prepping the nations for it, inviting them to join the global alliance of Military.
